Based at: Flat No: 502, 4th Floor, 1-98/2/11/3, Srishti Towers, Arunodaya Colony, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Telangana State. PIN 500081, India.

Mandatory Skills:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in providing the solutions in business process management
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Solutioning the RPA projects
• Develop technical solution of RPA opportunities (BPO deals with significant RPA components) and feed it into Operations Solution Architecture
• Lead the RPA team and accountable for quality of solution, documentation and adherence to approval processes
• Proficiency in any front office and back office automation tools like Open Span, Jacada, Automation Anywhere, Kofax/Lexmark, Work Fusion, Blue Prism, UI Path, etc.,
• Works with client personnel to understand requirements and define according solution
• Client-facing and focused on understanding client context / requirements, and translate into solution model inputs for Sales Support team
• Lead / support high level discovery as part of pre-sales activities (client point of view on #processes, their complexity, FTE potential, and Pilot / POC candidates)
• Drive RFP responses, present solution in presentations, performing due diligence as needed on client site
• Drives or supports creation of solution approval deck and other solution documentation together with Sales Support Team
• Handover of Solution to Delivery Lead / Team
• Might lead / be part of delivery team during project setup phase to ensure seamless handover from Sales to Delivery
• Must be willing to travel

Preferred Skills 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience leading teams
• Good knowledge in manufacturing, banking, finance, healthcare or retail platforms
• Process documentation and / or process training experience
• Strong understanding of Robotic products infrastructure and sizing, nuances associated with UI automation with various IT landscapes.
• Experience in defining the architecture of enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs.
• Experience front-ending client-facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business, IT and Architecture teams
• Deep knowledge of industry leading automation products capabilities and technical requirements
• Certification in industry leading Robotics Process Automation Products
• Certification in Technical Architecture Design
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
