Based at: PSR Prime Towers, Ground floor, Unit No.:G2, Beside DLF Cyber city, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Required Skills:

Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Worked on both Contractual and permanent jobs.
Screening of candidates to check their interest and fitment.
Sourcing profiles based on the required skill.
Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
Follow-ups with candidates for status.
Preparing Job Descriptions.
Delivering numbers as per the Requirement.
Good knowledge on job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder; tax terms in US (W2, 1099, C2C etc.).
Responsible for candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation.
