Job Description: Pre-Sales

Must have more than 8 years of experience in a Pre-sales role for an IT company in India.

Should be willing to work in night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)

 Skills required:

Technology Experience and Presentation

Previous Project Experience

Partners relevant experience

Relevant Domain Experience.

 

Requirements Gathering

Accompany salespeople on client calls with prospects and clients.

Take detailed notes on the technical requirements of any opportunity/lead.

Work in conjunction with the team to ensure MOM is gathered and clearly documented in CRM. (MOM)

 

Proposal Management Process:

Manage the sales bid process, including responding to RFI, RFP, SOW when a client or prospect puts an opportunity.

 

Documentation Creation

Proposals and Presentations

Display  understanding of requirements or offering.

Utilize the “Pre-Sales must provide” information to make supporting business sales cases as to why potential customers should consider doing business with us.

Proofread with minimal errors

Following suggestions on PowerPoint requirements

 

Maintaining the SharePoint folder

Contractual Management -Specifically, maintaining an organized repository of our contracts. (NDA’s, etc)

Pre-Sales Marketing Organization

Internal Resources

Technology Experience and Presentation

Previous Project Experience

Partners relevant experience

Relevant Domain Experience.

 

Partnership Program

Carry out research to stay ahead of their particular area of expertise – including understanding the current and future market, product and competitor landscape.
