Job Description: BDE/Senor BDE

OakridgeIT BD Team is responsible to add new accounts to the Organization. This team focuses on Company Branding, Marketing and sales solutions. This team follows a blend of traditional and modern approach to attract the world class companies to outsource their IT projects. Team members follow processes like Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Business Presentations and Webinars to showcase OakrideIT Capability. We target SMB and Large companies to gain their IT requirements.

Profile:

1. Must Possess an excellent Communication Skill (Both Oral and Written).
2. Must have worked with an IT company for Offshore Business Development Team.
3. Must have acquired business from ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Utility, Transportation Industries – from USA Market.
4. Should have experience in closing new deals on individual capacity.
5. Should have involved in END to END sales cycle. (Lead Generation to Closure)
6. Should have good presentation skills – Consultative Sales Focus.
7. Must have sold Application Development, Mobility and Testing Services.
8. Should be familiar with Technologies like: Microsoft, JAVA, BI, Mobile Technologies, Testing Tools and processes.
9. Should have knowledge on Software Development Methodology and Project Delivery.
10. Knowledge on Pre-Sales, FRXs, Pricing and negotiation are good to have.
11. Should have more than 3 years of relevant experience.
12. Night shift: MUST be willing to work between 5 PM to 2 AM IST.
13. Should have experience working in night Shift in past.
14. Should be interested to commute by their own vehicles.
15. Willing to carry a sales target.
